Shipping Info: All items are shipped by me (waneella) from Moscow via Russian Post. It is cheap and slow. All domestic orders take 2-14 business days to arrive, 7-30 business days for European orders and 2+ to the rest of the world. Each order is provided with a tracking number.

Orders are processed as soon as posssible (up to 10 days, but usually faster).

If you don't want to wait so long I can send your order by a higher priced delivery services such as EMS or DHL. Please conctact me by waneella@gmail.com for this option BEFORE making an order.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.
Return Policy: Refunds/exchanges will be given only if products are damaged. Please contact me by waneella@gmail.com com if you would like a refund or exchange. Requests must be made within 10 days after receiving your order, and products must be unused and in their original packaging.

waneella is not liable for any lost packages delivered through Russian Post/EMS/DHL, and unfortunately cannot offer replacements or refunds on missing orders. Be sure to check with your local post office and your tracking number if available.
